Share Your International Adoption Story

We feature two categories of compelling international adoption stories on our Web site. One category is the stories by adoptive parents telling how they came to adopt their orphan and what it has meant to their family. The other category is orphan’s stories in their own word about their adoption and what it has meant to them.

If you would like to share your story on our Web site, we invite you to submit it to us. Stories should be in the first person with a maximum length of 1200 words. Several illustrative pictures would be helpful but are not necessary. There should be no specific identifying information such as email or street addresses, etc. We reserve the right to do basic editing, to actually include any links contained in the original story, and of course, we cannot promise that any story will be used. However, we will inform you if we select your story for posting.
